Our on-site setup costs start from £95 inc VAT but can vary based on your location and the number of devices you need setting up.
No – we can also speed up and tidy existing devices ready for Christmas. Our service covers laptops, PCs, Game Consoles, phones, tablets, smart TVs, streaming devices, smart speakers, and other smart home kit.
We offer both remote support and on-site visits. In some cases, certain devices will require an on-site visit but we will inform you if we cannot come to a resolution remotely prior to scheduling an on-site visit.
We primarily serve Ipswich and the surrounding areas, but also cover Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex. For locations outside Ipswich, an additional call-out fee may apply. Please include your location when making an enquiry so we can provide an accurate quote.
Absolutely! Our engineers are patient and attentive to every user’s needs. Need larger fonts for easier reading? Prefer shortcuts for quick access? We accommodate these preferences—and many more. Our goal is to ensure users of all experience levels are completely comfortable and satisfied with our setup before we finish.
Before your setup appointment, please ensure you have the relevant login details and passwords (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Apple ID) ready, as we may need access to these accounts on your new devices. Don’t have them? No problem—we can assist with recovering any important accounts during the appointment.
Yes we do! If you need any ongoing support we offer an all inclusive package to our home users called Home Shield. But there is no pressure, whatever your needs are we have a variety of software solutions ranging from Cloud backups to security software.
