He enjoys bringing order to complicated technology, information and folder structures, with data protection and GDPR responsibilities kept in view. Determined and persistent, he keeps working at a problem until there is a sensible way forward.
Jason Mok
Managing Director
Jason brings a calm, level-headed approach, especially when the pressure is high. He is an experienced troubleshooter who works methodically to find the cause of a problem and explain the solution clearly. He has a particular enthusiasm for computers, hardware repairs and the practical work needed to get technology working properly again.

Friendly, organised and dependable, Lorraine helps keep JM Restart running smoothly. She keeps a careful eye on the money coming in and going out, while making sure important details are not lost in the day-to-day work. When something does not quite add up, she has a knack for finding the missing piece.

Accountant
Dan supports JM Restart with specialist accounting knowledge and financial oversight. Precise, methodical and something of a perfectionist, he expects the figures to add up and knows where to look when they do not. Working alongside Lorraine’s day-to-day financial management, he helps trace the detail that needs a deeper accounting review.
