Choose the right support relationship
Ad-hoc help or an ongoing agreement?
Both routes have a place. The right choice depends on how much your organisation relies on technology and how much certainty, oversight and planning it needs.

Useful when you need help with a particular fault, change or project and do not need an ongoing managed relationship.
- Support begins when you contact us
- Work is scoped and quoted for the immediate requirement
- On-site visits are charged on the applicable call-out basis

What the monthly price covers
Bronze starts from £70 excluding VAT per managed device per month, with no minimum number of managed devices.
Each managed device normally includes one Bitdefender GravityZone Secure Plus licence with MDR and one OpenText SaaS-backup licence. The mapping can be adjusted where the customer needs a different arrangement, and the quotation will identify the covered devices and backup users.
In-scope work during standard working hours is included. Remote support is subject to fair use. Work outside the agreed scope and out-of-hours support are charged separately. On-site visits carry a visit charge, while labour for in-scope work is included.
Onboarding is quoted for each customer. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe, connectivity and other optional licences or services are also charged separately. Your proposal will define the covered devices, users, cloud data, responsibilities and costs before the agreement begins.

Common questions
IT support agreements, explained
Which managed package is available now?
Bronze Managed IT Support is the current named package. A bespoke agreement can also be considered where an organisation has different requirements.
Is support really unlimited?
In-scope remote support during standard working hours is included under a fair-use policy. Projects, hardware setup, work outside the agreed day-to-day scope, out-of-hours support and on-site visit charges are handled separately.
Is there a minimum device count?
No. Bronze is priced per managed device without a minimum number of devices. The final quotation reflects the users, cloud services, backup coverage and wider support scope involved.
How are contracts paid?
Managed IT support is billed monthly in advance and collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person or provider?
Yes. JM Restart can provide additional capacity, cover selected services, support projects or act as an escalation route. Responsibilities are agreed during scoping.
Do you support Apple, Linux and mobile devices?
JM Restart supports a broad range of environments, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with particular depth in Windows. Actual monitoring, management and patching depend on the device, operating system and agreed tools.
