We invoice customers directly for agreed work, including projects where a specialist third party contributes to SEO. This page focuses on website delivery and care. Domains, hosting and WordPress
Domain registration and management, website hosting and support for an agreed WordPress installation, theme and plugins. We confirm who handles renewals, updates, backups, monitoring and fault response.
Some hosting uses Krystal as an upstream provider; JM Restart remains your customer-facing supplier for the agreed service.
Website builds and content
New builds, page changes, navigation, forms and content structure can be scoped as website projects. Accessibility improvements are assessed against the site’s users and platform rather than promised by a template alone.
Forms and website email
Website enquiry forms need delivery, spam protection, privacy notices and sensible testing. We can trace the website-to-mailbox route without assuming that ordinary business email is hosted in the same place.
Performance and reliability
Investigate slow pages, hosting constraints, image weight, caching and availability. Changes to Cloudflare, certificates or DNS require verified access and a recovery plan.
Website security
Updates, protective controls, monitoring and incident support are scoped around the platform. No service can guarantee that a website will never be attacked.
Migrations and SEO
Plan a site handover, platform move or redesign around ownership, licences, backups, redirects and a tested rollback route. SEO work can be included in an agreed project, sometimes with specialist third-party input; rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Former Hostoven customer?
Your support has moved to JM Restart
Hostoven is no longer trading. Its former owner handed the customer base over to JM Restart, and JM Restart now looks after former Hostoven customers.
We aim to keep your services running and improve them where useful. At renewal, we review your existing products, prices and terms with you and explain the JM Restart agreement and any supplier paperwork needed. Historic arrangements do not transfer unchanged by default.
If you would prefer another supplier, we will help with a proportionate handover. Any substantial migration work would be scoped and agreed separately.

Website support, explained
Is website maintenance a fixed package?
Not automatically. We first check the platform, hosting, current condition, access and responsibilities. A quotation or agreement then states which updates, backups, monitoring and response arrangements are included. We sometimes enable automatic backups and plugin updates, but plugin changes can break a site or require a paid licence, so these settings are chosen and reviewed for each website.
Are website hosting and email the same service?
No. A domain, website hosting, DNS and email can be supplied by different providers. We can map the dependencies and help coordinate the right supplier.
Do you guarantee that a website will never go offline or be compromised?
No. We can reduce risk, maintain agreed systems and plan recovery, but internet services and software can fail or be attacked. The quotation or agreement should state the actual service and response arrangements.
Can you take over an existing website or domain?
Often, but only after checking ownership, access, platform condition, licensing, backups, suppliers and any transfer restrictions. We will explain the safest migration or support route before making changes.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. We can review and improve technical and on-page search visibility, and bring in specialist third-party support where the project needs it. We agree the scope and invoice you directly. No one can promise a particular search ranking.
