I picked up two tablets for my kids but the screens were broken. Matt and Jason did an excellent job in fixing the screens quickly and kept me informed throughout, providing options as there was a slight issue on replacement but this was quickly sorted. Jason even added a few games which the kids love. Would always return with future problems for these guys to fix.
