He also helped with the more technical side of it being that I don't understand IT or Computers very well. Matthew sorted out things like the address for my website making it more professional sounding, as well as setting up emails that were personalised. When I was editing the website for my artwork and something went wrong or didn't work I could call up JM RESTART or have them remote onto my laptop. Brilliant customer service all round and competitive prices.
